Today is my boss’s (Joy's) birthday but I did not get a chance to celebrate with her much though. Reached Pasir Ris Macdonalds at 12.10 p.m. to write my well wishes in her so-called birthday card. Py told a lousy lie and in order to make that lie realistic, we had to make an escape from White Sands to the MRT station undetected by Joy. ‘Unglam’ (I hid behind a potted palm tree) yet fun.

Met Joy, Py, Gerald and Jeffrey at Suntec City. We left Suntec as soon as I arrived. We went to the rooftop of the Esplanade and Joy left shortly after that. We chatted and sang under the starless, night sky. Fireworks illuminated the sky and it was such a spectacular sight. I believe that it would be better to see it at the stadium itself. We left the Esplanade at 9 p.m. and went to BK at Raffles City for dinner. The girl at the counter of BK was too soft-spoken, and it is so wrong! While having my Mushroom Swiss, Jeffrey told us about an accident he witnessed at the MRT platform when he was in Primary 3. It was disturbing, but I just could not stop probing and trying to know more about the accident. I began to remember that accident that happened outside TMS, at the bus stop. *shiver

It was a rubbish-y 6 months gone, as I looked back at it now. I did not manage my time well and above all I did not know how to prioritize. It caused me to hurt the people around me. Now I know; now I learnt my lesson. Well, it is high time for me to be nice now...*sigh
